The Elect Lady Initiative International (TELII) was established in 2016 as The Elect Lady Foundation. We got our new name when we became a registered corporate body with the CAC of Nigeria in 2020.

Our Vision

To see a global movement of Elect Ladies who are strong in spirit, bold in leadership, and deeply grounded in their identity in Christ and establishing God's kingdom on earth through influence, impact, and generational legacy.

Our Mission

To raise, train, and build a generation of purposeful women who are rooted in Christ, equipped for their God-given assignments, and empowered to lead in every sphere of influence.
We do this through discipleship, transformational teaching, leadership development, outreach, and skill empowerment, until kingdom purpose becomes a lived reality.

At TELII, we believe that true leadership is expressed through service and transformation. Beyond discipleship and spiritual development, we are committed to making tangible, lasting impact in our communities. Through empowerment programs, educational support, outreach initiatives, and skills development, we build lives, restore hope, and create opportunities. Every act of service is our seed toward a better world, fulfilling our divine mandate to raise, train, and build.

Our
Story

Over the years, TELII has impacted the lives of Ladies through community, conferences, trainings, and empowerment programs.

These include our weekly and monthly virtual meetings, The Explore Conference that was done consistently for 7 years, The annual Elect Ladies Conference, Outreaches such as the supporting Mission projects in remote areas of Nigeria, Offering Scholarships to missionaries' children, Back to School projects, Skill empowerment and Pad-a-Girl Outreach, where we had the opportunity to speak to the girls about finding their path with God and discovering their purpose early.

We have also partnered with sister organisations to reach widows and their children on the streets with foodstuffs and essentials. We have also been able to reach women with skill acquisition that include crafts such as bag making, hat making, soap making and much more.

Our mission outreaches extend the love of Christ through rural evangelism, discipleship, and tangible support that strengthen souls and transform communities.

We invest in the future of missionaries’ children by providing scholarships that honour their parents’ sacrifice and keep their dreams alive through quality education.

It reflects a divine selection, a calling to be nurtured in truth and to raise generations in truth.

Our brand color, Purple, represents royalty, leadership, authority, and dominion. It declares the identity of every Elect Lady as one chosen by God to lead, influence, and govern in her sphere of calling.
Our logo, featuring the silhouette of a woman’s head within a globe-like circle, carries deep prophetic symbolism:

The head signifies identity, authority, and leadership rooted in Christ.
The round shape reflects our global mandate, we are not local champions, but territorial commanders, commissioned to influence nations and advance God’s kingdom agenda on the earth.
